Stacy joined Bailard in 2017. As an Investment Counselor, Stacy is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies, managing client relationships, providing financial planning, and business development efforts. One of Stacy’s primary areas of focus is working with clients interested in socially responsible investing. Similarly, she also serves on the firm’s social impact committee as well as on the board of the Bailard Foundation. Stacy completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley and received a Master of Public Policy from Columbia University.
